Raiders are people who don’t want to live because they’ve difficulty chancing a place to live. They live near aqueducts and railroads.
Now the director himself is dealing solid concrete blocks.
A real estate agent is also dealing the plots, claiming that there’s a guarantee because they’re for trade by the director.

Now the director is following suit.
Aung Myint Kyaw, the current ward director, was the head of the Hundred House during the former NLD government and is also a member of the North Okkalapa Crime Scene Media Group.
In other areas, ponds and dumpsites are being vended as tips, and all the plots have been vended.
