Now the director himself is dealing solid concrete blocks.
A real estate agent is also dealing the plots, claiming that there’s a guarantee because they’re for trade by the director.

Aung Myint Kyaw, the current ward director, was the head of the Hundred House during the former NLD government and is also a member of the North Okkalapa Crime Scene Media Group.
In other areas, ponds and dumpsites are being vended as tips, and all the plots have been vended.
